Chemistry is a science central to the study of medicine, biology, and modern physics.
Position Summary
The Department of Chemistry seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor pool and welcomes applicants at any time. This posting is for the Fall 2023, Spring 2024 and Summer 2024 semesters. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs.
The anticipated is for Adjunct Faculty position to instruct Chemistry lecture or lab classes. Courses to include General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry

Minimum Qualifications
MS degree in Chemistry and two years of experience teaching Chemistry lecture or lab classes.
Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions applicable to teaching lab classes.
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. in Chemistry desired with prior teaching experience in Chemistry lecture or lab classes is preferred.
