Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit
The Department of Political Science resides within the College of Arts and Sciences. The Department of Political Science is the fourth largest undergraduate major in the College with more than 700 majors, a graduate program of approximately 80 students in residence and 44 tenure/tenure-track and fixed-term facultyThe Department of Political Science at UNC is committed to a vision of the University where all members of the community feel welcome, valued, and can thrive. Position Summary
We seek a scholar able to teach TransAtlantic Masters course in comparative politics, environmental politics or international political economy. We welcome applications from scholars whose work crosses traditional subfield or disciplinary boundaries, who show promise of teaching excellence and a desire to train and work with a diverse body of students.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
MA in Political Science or European Studies and evidence of teaching excellence are required.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Experience teaching Masters seeking students in Political Science or European Studies.
