Full/Part-time adjunct instructor(s) needed to teach physics lectureandlaboratoryforSpring2024inperson(noonlineteaching option available). This postiion will remain open until filled, work hours vary with course schedule.

Required Education and Experience:

• An earned Master's degree in Physics or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• 18 graduate hours in Physics or a closely related field.

• Experience and interest in teaching undergraduates in a college/university setting

• Physics Lecture and Laboratory teaching experience.

• Excellent (1) oral and written communication skills and (2) presentation skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• WorkingtowardsorhasearnedPh.D.inPhysics,orrelatedfield from a regionally accredited institution.

• Broadtraininginphysics.

• Interestinactiveandcollaborativelearning,theinstructionaluseof technology.

• Experience with non-traditional commuter university settings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work cooperatively with faculty and staff

• Ability to respond promptly to queries from students, faculty, and staff.
