Job Title:  Adjunct Faculty in Italian (200 and 300 level courses)

Job Classification:  Adjunct Faculty - Teaching (day classes only) and Course Development

Required Degree: Master's degree or equivalent in second language, linguistics, communications, humanities, business, or related field. Native speaker or superior-level language skills preferred. 

The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience:  Experience in teaching Italian at the university level preferred. Proven knowledge of second-language teaching theory and best practices. 

Duties/Expectations: Teach and advise students in intermediate and advanced Italian including teaching 200- and 300- level courses. Adjunct instructors will follow department approved curriculum and are expected to hold weekly office hours and attend occasional training meetings.
