Full and/or part-time multiple adjunct instructor(s)s are needed for teaching chemistry laboratory and possibly lecture courses for Fall 2022. Varies with course schedule.
An earned Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
18 graduate hours in Chemistry.
Ability to work with faculty and staff, ability to respond promptly to queries from students, faculty, and staff.
Working towards or has earned Ph.D. in Chemistry or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution.
Experience and interest in teaching undergraduates in a college/university setting
Laboratory teaching experience.
Broad training in chemistry.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills.
Interest in active and collaborative learning, the instructional use of technology, and hybrid and online teaching .
Experience with non-traditional commuter university setting.
Experience with a culturally diverse student body.
