Position Information
Adjunct Faculty members are needed for the Department of Fine Arts. Resumes will be reviewed as needed for each semester.
Responsibilities
Experienced individuals to teach courses in: ceramics, drawing, painting, computer graphics, traditional photography, digital photography, commercial photography, two dimensional design, three-dimensional design, water based media, sculpture, Exploration of the Visual Arts (a lecture class introducing art and art history), Art History, and Illustration and Graphic Design.
Classification 25-0000 Education, Training, and Library Occupations
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree, masters equivalent or significant professional experience in a related field.
  • Applicants must submit 20 images of their own work and 20 images of student work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College teaching experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Willingness to use technology in the classroom to enhance student learning
  • Strong commitment to teaching excellence are required
  • Ability to get along with others.
