| Summary of Position | The primary responsibility of this position is to provide effective instruction in the subject area, helping to fulfill the College’s goal of providing a quality education for all students attending CTC. |
| Minimum Required Education | A Master’s degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education including 18 graduate hours in English. |
| Minimum Required Experience | Three years full time wage earning teaching experience at the post-secondary or secondary level in an appropriate academic discipline is preferred. Experience with online or technology- enhanced curriculum is preferred |
| Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | Possess a demonstrated knowledge in the subject matter being taught. Be able to teach the subject matter effectively and communicate clearly with students. Computer skills including Word, WordPerfect, downloading and installing software, sending and receiving emails with attachments |
