Job Overview

The University of Cincinnati’s entry-level Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy (DPT) is searching for adjunct faculty to provide course instruction in DPT Gross Anatomy course.


Essential Functions

Responsibilities for an adjunct position may include course instruction consistent with the accreditation standards of the CAPTE, grading assignments, monitoring student participation, participation in weekly conference calls and office hours, adherence to program and college policies and procedures, and maintaining communication with physical therapy program faculty, staff, and students.


Minimum Requirements
  • Master's degree in relevant field.
  • Experience teaching Gross Anatomy at the college level including cadaver dissection.
  • Candidates should also have computer and internet literacy and be comfortable with online instructional methods. 

Additional Qualifications Considered
  • Doctoral degree is preferred
  • Experience teaching Gross Anatomy to physical therapy students is preferred.  Virtual instruction will be considered.
