Position Summary
La Salle University’s Department of Religion & Theology has a specific need for a highly qualified adjunct faculty member to teach Peace & Justice in the Christian Tradition for the LEAP Program during the Summer II semester.
Essential Duties
• Teach assigned course(s).
• Prepare course materials consistent with departmental learning objectives.
• Provide timely grading and feedback to students.
• Provide guidance and support to students.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in [field] or closely related field.
• Knowledge and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.
Preferred Qualifications
• Ph.D. in [field].
• Previous experience teaching at the collegiate level.
• Willingness to be flexible in class scheduling.
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours
• Some classes offered may be in the evenings, on weekends, or online.
