Part-time, include requirement and total hours per week - as needed, not to exceed 19.5 hours per week
Summary of Position
To teach lecture and/or lab courses as assigned by the Site Director at TDCJ.
Minimum Required Education
Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Biology from a regionally or nationally accredited institution of higher education.
Minimum Required Experience
Community college and/or secondary teaching experience preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to communicate with written and oral expertise in the English language.
Ability to promote an effective environment for learning in lecture and lab experiences.
Ability to teach students from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
