Job Description

The Accreditation Program Coordinator II for the College of Business, under general supervision, works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop, and implement programs. This position is located on Tarleton's main campus in Stephenville, Texas. Work hours:Mon-Fri;8 AM-5 PM or aswork and teaching requirements indicate. Requires the ability to teach and/or work remotely at the University’s discretion.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates all College of Business program requirements and evaluations related to AACSB, ACBSP, and SACS accreditation; This may include but is not limited to: compiling information, providing assessments, and generating reports as required. Monitors compliance according to accreditation standards and notifies appropriate stakeholders of any non-compliance issue. Documents and maintains the Academically Qualified (AQ)/Professionally Qualified (PQ) as well as participating faculty (PF) and supporting faculty (SF) Deployment standards and status for COB; Provides interpretive materials and develops metrics and calculations to document AQ/PQ and PF/SF status. Works with COB faculty on program quality and improvements; Coordinates faculty documentation related to development activities and improvement expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsible for program updates and reporting to the Dean, College of Business with direction from Department Heads, and chair of the Assurance of Learning Committee as requested.

Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Four years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
-Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Verbal and written communication skills.


Salary: 

Commensurate with experience  

The target base salaryis $48,120may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.Tarleton State University offers a career filled with purpose and opportunity in addition to competitive wages.
