Job Summary

Provide continuous accreditation and compliance support for the School of Health Sciences programs.


Essential Duties

Plan, prioritize, and coordinate accreditation processes to ensure continuous compliance with regulatory standards and clinical contracts for all Health Sciences Programs. Manage the accreditation review process, including logistics for Health Science programs.

Maintain databases and sources of information for plans of assessment, accreditation efforts, and regulatory mandates.

Provide up-to-date information on accreditation from the School of Health Sciences and ensure accurate accreditation data is displayed on the TCC website and Program page websites.

Maintain departmental records and required forms/documentation to show continuous compliance with accreditation standards and clinical partner's contacts.

Collect, analyze, and report data necessary to support continuous compliance with externalaccreditation.

Serve as a resource for interpretation of regulatory, and accreditation standards for HealthSciences programs.

Research, develop, and maintain policies and procedures necessary to maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance for the School of Health Sciences.

Review, analyze, and format documents and apply accreditation criteria and procedures.

Assist in processing, reviewing, and managing clinical partner contracts for the School of Health Sciences.

Maintain the School of Health Sciences Student Handbook and all program handbooks.


Minimum Qualifications

Require Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field. Degree requirements may be substituted with equivalent work experience.

3 years of directly related experience.

Ability to make decisions with routine items and problem solve.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with programs requiring external accreditation.

Experience in Higher Education.
