Are you looking for a fast paced environment, and a role where you serve as a subject matter expert? The Office of Academic Compliance and Regulation is seeking an experienced, energetic Accreditation Administrator. We are especially interested in applicants who can strengthen the diversity of our academic community and integrate faith.


  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert on selected accreditation standards and processes

  • Ensure the completion of all reporting requirements for the identified accreditations

  • Coordinate the gathering of related evidence that supports accreditation documents

  • Partner with College Deans, program directors, and University staff with activities related to obtaining and maintaining institutional and programmatic accreditations

  • Prepare, analyze, audit, and submit data required to meet accreditation obligations

  • Manage activities related to obtaining/maintaining selected accreditations including ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met

  • Manage relationships and communications with internal and external stakeholders

  • Provide support to teams responsible for resolving student issues related to credentialing

  • Monitor and revise language for the University’s student-facing documents to ensure compliance with accreditation standards

  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of the accreditation and state compliance policies and processes

  • Establish and maintain excellent communication and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes concerning regulatory compliance obligations and strategic business objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Master’s degree highly preferred

  • 3 - 5 years working in a highly regulated industry

  • Demonstrable project management expertise or experience with accreditation processes

  • Experience working in cross-departmental collaborative teams

  • Demonstrable record of ethical behavior, integrity, initiative, and resilience.

  • Evidence of strong time management and organizational skills

  • Evidence of being self-directed, ability to work under little supervision

  • Evidence of good critical thinking, judgment, and problem solving

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to regulators and staff

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
