What You Will Do

While position responsibilities vary, every member of our community is expected to foster a culture of belonging and a psychologically healthy work environment by communicating across differences; being cooperative, collaborative, open, and welcoming; showing respect, compassion, and empathy; engaging and supporting others regardless of background or perspective; speaking up when others are being excluded or treated inappropriately; and supporting work/life integration of oneself and others.

The Accounts Representative IV position reports to the Accounts Representative V position and provides financial and administrative services and backup as they relate to departmental funds (i.e., appropriated, discretionary, restricted, and sponsored). Other components of the position include conducting training sessions for end users on purchasing and policies, helping support software licensing documentation and compliance, reviewing and verifying monthly encumbrances, assisting in monthly reporting on sponsored awards, and providing additional support towards capital asset management and space inventories.

This position provides financial support not only to the ECE administrative and finance teams but also to the broader ECE community.
