Position Details


General Statement
Frontline direct customer service staff who assists with phone and walk in traffic and processing payments in Student Accounts. This position needs a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and strong knowledge of Excel, creating and manipulating data, and creating reports.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Bill and collect payments
• Manage current accounts and processing student billing
• Balance till/cash drawer daily
• Cross train and be fully functional within the Student Accounts area
• Set up and manage 3rd party student billing
Required Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills
• Associates degree in Accounting or Business.
• Minimum one year customer service experience in an office environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Cash handling skills including experience reconciling daily to system accounts.
• Experience with accounts receivable.
Preferred Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills
• Experience working with a variety of internal and external customers to provide general office support.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time while prioritizing work.
• Experience working in higher education environment.
