Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a sedentary position utilizing phone, computer, mouse, and keyboard for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing) for portions of the day.
Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds. Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings.
Shift
Primarily days, Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (40 hours per week).
Job Summary
The ITS Business Office is currently seeking an Account Clerk III to provide quality, expertise and customer service focus to the University community. The Account Clerk III will have frequent contact with internal customers, faculty, vendors and other University personnel.
The Account Clerk III position will assist with daily customer interaction, administrative duties, including financial transactions and support and will serve as front end contact for billing inquiries directing incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
The Account Clerk III must be able to work in a fast paced and varied environment and the ability to work in a diverse team environment.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Expert user in Excel and Word required
- Proficient in Pinnacle System is preferred but not required
