Job Summary
The Master’s Programs Director provides leadership, management, vision, development, and direct oversight of a comprehensive array of student–centered services for Master’s Programs. The incumbent will be responsible for the administration and alignment of Master’s degree programs (MS, MBA, EMBA) and the pursuit of strategic initiatives to strengthen core programs at the Masters levels. Additionally, ensure an effective and coordinated delivery of Master’s Student Services, programs, and contribute to the operation of the Executive MBA program. The Director will coordinate the department’s recruitment strategy and admission of graduate business students. This position reports to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs of the Lubar College of Business.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree
  • Experience with recruitment and/or student advising in higher education
  • Experience supervising professional staff
  • Management of an academic program in higher education
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a department budget
  • Experience managing enrollment and student retention initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with faculty members to develop and enhance academic programs
  • Collaborated on development of graduate programs communications and brand messaging
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Target Salary Range Final salary offer will be commensurate with experience and education
