Responsibilities
Reporting to the Academic Personnel Director in the Department of Surgery,you will be responsible for review
and analysis of academic personnel actions including appointments, merits and promotion dossiers, and ensuring policy/procedure
compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for the personnel review cycle process including the preparation of dossiers, committee reports, and the preparation of exemptions for interim and visiting appointments.
