Job Summary | The College of Veterinary Medicine seeks candidates for an Academic Administrative Support Associate position to provide administrative and general clerical support within the Department of Pathobiology with responsibility for a broad variety of office and project support duties and tasks. These responsibilities will include budget monitoring and tracking, expense voucher processing, inventory of departmental equipment, as well as other tasks as assigned. The Department of Pathobiology’s nationally and internationally recognized faculty enrich the educational experiences of students and residents through cutting-edge research in areas such as infectious disease, biodetection, cancer biology, molecular therapy, vaccinology, public health and applied diagnostics. Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications | Level I: High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years experience in clerical and administrative support services. Level II: High school diploma plus 4 years. Experience must include at least 2 years at the preceding level or equivalent. Substitutions allowed for Experience: When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience. |
