Job Summary/Basic Functions
Supports students through their college experience according to University policy and procedures by verifying program requirements, advising, counseling, reviewing curriculum, maintaining records, and certifying degree completion.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Certification or graduation from a four (4) year college or university.
Experience: One years of experience in a related position is required.

Job Duties:
- 30% - Oversees the graduation process; prepares graduation packets, processes applications and surveys. Determines degree eligibility, compiles graduation lists, serves on graduation planning committee, supports commencement planning, certify degree completion - ()
- 30% - Advises Students, maintain advising records, verifies program requirements, approve exceptions and waivers, review student records, participates in New Student Orientation and provides technical assistant to Advisors. - ()
- 10% - Monitor degree audits, cross reference audits with student transcripts, determine transferability of credit, request exceptions and disseminate reports to appropriate university departments. - ()
- 20% - Serves as curriculum resource person, reviews proposed curriculum changes, services on curriculum committee and attends Council of Academic Affairs meetings. Oversees revisions of university academic catalogs. - ()
- 10% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - ()
