Position Summary | Based out of the Western Regional office in Grand Junction, the Extension Regional Specialist for 4-H Youth Development provides guidance, support, and educational opportunities for county and regional programs in the areas of 4-H and K-12 (after-school and school enrichment) youth development. Examples of 4-H programs would be: livestock, shooting sports, and STEM and K-12 (after-school and school enrichment) program areas. This position is part of the CSU Extension 4-H Youth Development team with the goal to ensure that the 4-H mission and vision are achieved in the Western Region. The individual in this position will work as a member of the Colorado State 4-H Program team to support the delivery of educational efforts throughout the region under the guidance of the State 4-H Director, State 4-H Specialists and supervision of the Extension Regional Director of the Western Region. |
