Uses advanced technical expertise and program management concepts to analyze and enhance learning, leadership, and civic engagement pathways for youth in the 4-H Youth Development program. Leads the statewide team in developing programs and deliverables that support youth growth and engagement at county, regional, state, national, and international levels relative to learning, leadership, and civic engagement. Evaluates program progress towards goals and objectives. Works on highly complex program training issues to ensure the learning, leadership and civic engagement pathway alignment from county to international opportunities. Serves as "lead" for all county to international pathway programs and the programmatic Community Education Specialist team in the State 4-H Office.

This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed.

Pay Scale: $59,000.00/year to $81,200.00/year

This position will promote, in all ways consistent with the other responsibilities of the position, accomplishment of the Affirmative Action goals established by the Division.
