OPS Hourly Non-Secretary/Clerk

Job Description:

Working directly with community members on a daily basis, obtaining informed consent, administering the HealthStreet health intake questionnaire, providing health information and advocacy, and performing timely follow-ups to track satisfaction with the HealthStreet program and any service or research referrals provided.

Community Health Workers engage community members at a variety of public venues such as laundromats, grocery stores, libraries, bus stops, neighborhoods, and many more.

Community Health Workers are committed to privacy and confidentiality and have effective written and verbal communication skills.

Advertised Salary:

Expected starting salary range is $14.00-$16.00 per hour.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Florida driver's license at time of hire.
