| Job Description: |
Responsible for of the laboratory work including administrative and technical oversight of the day-to-day operations. This includes, but is not limited to: 50% - Perform experiments related to grants and future research projects 25% - Organize, analyze, summarize and present data for review by the Supervisor/Director 10% - General lab maintenance, including ordering lab supplies and maintaining equipment and records 10% - Supervising any student workers with animal experiments. 5% - Other duties as assigned |
| Expected Salary: |
$50,000 - $59,262 |
| Minimum Requirements: |
Master's degree in biology or a related field with 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree required. |
| Preferred Qualifications: | Applicants with expertise in histology or microscopy is preferred. Must be willing to work with tissues from HIV infected animals |
