Job Description Summary

The selected student worker will assist the College of Business Dean's office with a variety of office tasks. This position requires someone who is dependable, detail oriented, and can work under minimal supervision. The position will be up to 20 hours per week.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Filing
  • Copying/scanning
  • Phone research
  • Creating flyers
  • Basic travel arrangements
  • Additional job tasks as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of higher education.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must be enrolled at Saint Leo University.

Skills:

  • Skill in communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a team environment, plan and organize work, prioritize work and manage time
  • Must be able to work independently.
