Job Description
The responsibilities include:
- Plan and conduct field sampling and laboratory experiments on cyanobacteria and algal bloom related research
- Write research papers and proposals
- Responsibility for safe lab practices and lab procurement
- Mentoring new students
Qualifications
- PhD in environmental engineering, science or related discipline
- Experience in microbiological analysis and techniques, with experience in algae and bacteria isolation and culture
- Knowledge in field sampling, metagenomics and bioinformatics is preferred
