The Aston University Visa Compliance Team are looking for a Visa Compliance Reports Officer to be responsible for the day-to-day reports and data management associated with the functions of the UKVI sponsor licence rules and regulations. 

The role will also have an element of student contact, for maintaining records, updating documents etc, therefore experience in this area would be an advantage.

The role will work closely with staff not only in the Visa Compliance Team, but also Admissions, International Recruitment, Immigration Advisers and ONCampus Aston.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you have proven adminstrative experience in a customer focused environment.   You will have excellent data analytical skills with experience of producing high quality reports.  You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be well organised and have experience in the interpretation and reporting on information arriving from a variety of sources.

The successful candidate would be required to have clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
