In order to maintain our University Student Sponsor Licence, the Visa Compliance Team are looking to recruit an additional member of staff with a specific focus on the Credibility Process. The post will be a full member of the Visa Compliance team and will take on all the tasks and responsibilities of a Visa Compliance Officer, but will have focus on the credibility policies and procedures in line with UKVI requirements. (This will include the assessment of documentation, eligibility for fees and the assessment of recorded credibility interviews in addition to carrying out virtual face to face credibility interviews)

The role will work closely with staff in Admissions, International Recruitment, Immigration Advisers and ONCampus Aston to ensure that we are minimising our risk and adapt to any market changes as appropriate.  

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you should have relevant recent experience of working in a Compliance Advisor role and providing policy advice.  You will have excellent written communication skills, organisational skills and ability to interpret information from a variety of technical and legislative sources to provide clear and accurate advice. 

The successful candidate would be required to have clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
