As a Visa Compliance Administrator, the successful applicant will work as part of a team to maintain University processes and ensure ongoing compliance. The post-holder will be the first point of contact for UK visa and compliance related queries, whilst promoting best practice to University UKVI processes and managing expectations. They will also be responsible for a range of admin support and contribute more widely to areas of support for international students, and to achieving the team's overall objectives.

The successful candidate will be committed to providing outstanding customer service and working flexibly within an integrated dynamic team. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, proactive, and organised with excellent attention to detail and with experience of working in a busy customer facing environment.

Educated to A Level or equivalent, you must have administrative experience  in a customer focused environment.  In order to succeed in this broad and varied role, you should have an interest in helping maintain the University Student Sponsor License and must also have strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise your own workload to meet multiple deadlines and balance a busy working schedule.
