The Nuffield Department of Population Health (NDPH) contains world-renowned population health research groups and with over 600 staff, is one of the largest departments in the Medical Sciences Division. The NDPH aim is to reduce premature death and disability from human disease.
As the NDPH Training Facilitator you will be responsible for managing the Training and Development function of NDPH including identifying development needs and designing and implementing the effective delivery of training programmes. The Diversity Facilitator part of this role will involve coordinating and supporting the department’s Athena SWAN applications, aimed at improving career opportunities and promoting gender balance.

To be considered for the role you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have significant experience of working in a training role, as well as an in depth knowledge of equality and diversity issues.  

The position is full time fixed term for two years.
