We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team to teach and train across our apprenticeship provision within the curriculum area of Team Leading, Business Administration and Customer Service delivering Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship programmes.

The successful applicant must have experience gained from working within a professional business environment and should, ideally, have previous teaching, training, and assessing experience. You will also need to have a keen eye for detail, be proactive and enthusiastic, whilst being empathetic to the needs of the apprentices.

You must be passionate about education and have a keen desire to support apprentices to become qualified professionals in their field, you must be self-motivated and committed to ensuring all apprentices maximise their potential, develop lasting careers and achieve timely success.

Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to work both independently, as part of a team and to be fully committed to working with people of all ages to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours.

There will be a need to work flexibly and travel to employer sites, therefore, a full driving licence is required.

Being a qualified assessor holding an A1 or equivalent and experience working within the education sector monitoring apprentice progress will be an advantage.
