Applications are invited for the full-time, permanent position of Timetabling and Events Assistant in the Faculty of Law. This is an interesting and varied role involving frequent contact with faculty and students. The role includes the preparation and management of the Lecture List and the Faculty’s room bookings in the St Cross Building. The post has been reconfigured to meet the Faculty’s growing need for administrative support for an increasing number and range of events and activities, with a particular emphasis on the activities and events to promote equality and diversity in all aspects of the Faculty’s work.

Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role, be IT proficient, demonstrate strong organisational skills and a high standard of written communication, have effective interpersonal skills and be able to produce accurate work. Experience of using Planon and Weblearn would be desirable.
