The School of Medicine is looking for an enthusiastic TEL Support Assistant, for a 2-year fixed term job share (17.5 hrs per week ¿ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday AM), starting February 2024 until 31 January 2026.

You will join a supportive, friendly team dedicated to enabling the use of technologies in support of teaching, learning and assessment, playing a key role in providing first-line user support for TEL related enquiries. You will help academic, clinical and professional services colleagues to create and organise recorded lectures and other multimedia educational materials.

This post may also be considered as a development opportunity for internal candidates on a secondment basis. Internal applicants must secure the agreement of their line manager before applying for this post as a secondment.

You will have 3 GCSE¿s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
