wk1: 4 days between Monday-Friday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm

wk2: 4 days between Monday-Friday 11.00 am -7.00 pm

wk3: 4 days between Monday-Friday 4.00 pm - 10.00 pm

Additionally, working one Saturday in three - 9.30 am – 5.00 pm

Join our friendly and supportive team based at our Chichester campus.  You’ll be joining a committed and student focused academic community who are keen to contribute to our student experience. To support in the areas of sound, lighting, stage properties and general technical aspects of performance and devising and assembling materials and practice supervision to students and staff, maintaining accurate stock records and undertaking a variety of administrative and organisational tasks to support the curriculum and supporting on site concerts. This post will involve regular heavy lifting and shifting and moving around a range of buildings across site are integral to this role. With the ability to work alone or with other colleagues you will provide efficient, effective and professional support working collaboratively to enhance processes and the student and staff experience.

You’ll need some good technical music knowledge, ideally within a similar environment, and the ability to work flexibly. Ideally with a relevant degree with specific technical music skills and a pragmatic, practical and proactive approach with a high standard of attention to detail. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will need to be approachable, adaptable and conscientious with a strong student focus. This will include regular collaborative and lone working.
