Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing in-house mechanical, electrical and plumbing technicians, as well as external contractors across the vast and diverse estate. Focussing on performance management, triage jobs, allocate tasks to operatives and ensure quality assurance through all aspects of project management.

This pivotal position is integral to supporting the Technical Services Manager, ensuring the delivery of performance outcomes in accordance with our SLA targets, agreed processes and optimising staff resources and contractor supply chain.

You will oversee all operations of the Technical Services Team and ensure the workforce operates effectively and efficiently through day-to-day maintenance and repair activities.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in delivering an engineering service across a similarly diverse and complex estate. You will be a self-starter, with strong relationship management skills who can collaborate with other members of estates management. As well as demonstrating knowledge of current health & safety legislation and compliance regulations.
