The Faculty of Arts & Humanities is looking to recruit a Team Leader to lead the administration of our Pre-Sessional and Lifelong Learning programmes. This team act as a first point of contact for educational matters and supports aspects of the Pre-Sessional and Lifelong Learning student lifecycle from application through to completion and award, including maintenance of application and student records and support for all assessment-related processes. You will lead and manage the team to ensure effective and professional support for all the team’s processes.

You will act as the team’s lead contact for the School’s academic staff and will work collegially with other Professional Services teams to implement the enhanced business processes that support each stage of the student lifecycle.

You will be a friendly and compassionate leader, with a proven ability to work proactively to enhance the service provided to stakeholders. You will have a high level of organisation and the adaptability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines, taking a positive approach to setting the standards for yourself and a busy team of administrators. Excellent communication, organisation and influencing skills are required, as is a commitment to providing an outstanding service. You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office and have experience in using complex databases to manipulate, interpret and report data.

The salary range indicates the incremental progression in the role. The starting salary for a full-time post will be £34,980 and will increment annually.
