Your role as Team Leader

We are looking for talented, ambitious, and passionate Team Leaders to join our Costa Coffee Team at the University of Nottingham. You will be responsible for the operation, organisation and supervision of one of our Costa Coffee stores and will ensure a high quality and consistent service is provided at all times. As a Team Leader you will lead by example, be inclusive, fair, and respectful, be resilient and able to adapt to change quickly.

This is a permanent, part time post. Hours of work are either 25, 30 or 35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 to be arranged between 7.00am and 10.00pm for 52 weeks of the year including regular weekends. Flexibility to work a range of shifts will be required.

The successful candidates for this post will be expected to attend the Estates and Facilities training courses which run Monday to Friday mornings. Further details will be given at interview.
