This is an exciting time to join Aston University for an individual who is passionate about developing new and innovative approaches to student systems.

About the role:

Working as a Team Leader in Corporate Student Systems, you will be responsible for the management, support, and development of a business critical and high-profile student systems team. This is a varied role where you will:

  • Perform a pivotal role to support and develop the Corporate Student Systems Team, in line with the team mission statement and Digital Strategy. 
  • Embed and promote a culture of high performance and innovation across the service
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the University to ensuring the team deliver strategic impact and value.
  • Deliver technical support, mentoring and development to a highly motivated and specialist team. 

About You:

The successful candidate will be educated to Degree level or equivalent and have proven leadership skills with the ability to proactively drive developments and communicate strategic vision.  You will have experience of management information systems and of leading the support and development of these systems.  It is essential you have a successful track record in leading the support and development of business-critical systems alongside excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
