The role

This is a really exciting time to be joining The Open University in Wales. Student and staff numbers at the Open University in Wales have doubled over the last 3 years and the work of the Senior Advisory and Leadership Team is expanding. As such, we are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to work closely with the Executive Assistant to provide key administrative support to the Senior Team.

You’ll provide proactive and professional administrative support for our projects, activities and events and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.

Skills and experience

  • Do you have experience of working in an administration-based role?
  • Do you have excellent time management skills and high attention to detail?
  • Do you have a sound understanding and commitment to equal opportunities and diversity?
  • Can you be flexible and calm, prioritising key tasks all while assisting multiple team members across different teams?
