Team Administrator – Senior Bursar’s Office

The Team Administrator is part of the Senior Bursar’s Office. The role provides high-level, confidential, and professional PA support to the Director of Investment, Property (“DoI”) and the Investment Manager, Equities and Sustainability (“IM”). The role will involve being a primary interface between the Senior Bursar’s Office and other departments within the College, external asset managers and advisors, solicitors, insurance brokers & insurance providers, and other organisations as required.

The postholder will have four key areas of responsibility, including: full PA support for the DoI and the IM; providing administrative support for key processes in the property and the public and private equities portfolio; coordinating the sealing process; and organising the general administration of the office including office supplies.

The Team Administrator will require prior experience in a fast paced and technical environment, ideally from an investment or financial services environment, have a proven track record in high level and complex administration, diary and meeting organisation.  In addition, the position requires excellent written and oral communications skills, experience of MS Office and electronic document management.  The successful candidate will be a positive relationship builder and team player, capable of working with a variety of stakeholders with discretion and determination.

Rate of Pay: up to £35,692 per annum plus excellent benefits.
