Teaching Fellow in Mathematics (2 Posts)

Cardiff School of Mathematics

Applications are invited for two Teaching Fellow posts in the School of Mathematics at Cardiff University.  These are full-time, fixed-term posts for 2 years starting on 1st September 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter.

The successful candidates will be dedicated to finding creative solutions and have a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm to deliver high quality teaching and rigorous assessment for existing modules on our undergraduate and post graduate programmes in the areas of statistics, operational research, or mathematics.

Working closely with the Director of Learning and Teaching, you will assist in the organisation and running of the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and provision of student experience.  You will also be supported towards gaining recognition as an Associate Fellow of Advance HE (AFHEA).

The Teaching Fellow Appointments will be made, dependent on relevant qualifications and experience, within the Grade 5 scale.

Salary: £27,511 - £31,866 per annum, pro-rata for hours worked (Grade 5)
