The Department of Linguistics and English Language (LaEL) is seeking to appoint a (0.35fte) Teaching Coordinator.

You will work closely with other members of the professional services team to provide a high level of service and support to both staff and students, being responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks.  It is anticipated that, in the first instance, the post will focus on Undergraduate teaching coordination, working closely with our existing team members. It will not be limited to this, and is likely to involve teaching coordination across both Undergraduate and Postgraduate areas, where required.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, time management and customer service skills are all essential qualities, together with experience of working in a busy office environment and expertise in relevant IT packages. 

You should ideally have administrative experience relevant to the role.

The role is 0.35 full time equivalent (13 hours per week), working days/hours are negotiable.
