Derby College Group (DCG) are looking for a Teacher of Economics and Business to join our academic teaching team at the Joseph Wright Centre. You will be a dedicated and motivated, professional ready to provide an innovative, committed and responsive delivery to meet the needs of our A Level and GCSE students.

About you

You will have teaching experience in both A Level Economics and Business Studies. You will work closely with management, colleagues and students to ensure success for both the college and students. This includes being responsible for planning schemes of work, providing effective feedback and tracking student progress.

Excellent interpersonal skills together with a commitment to working effectively as part of a team are also essential in this role. 

In addition, you will be qualified at degree level in Economics / Business Studies and hold a recognised Level 5/6 teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or working towards achieving this.
