About the Role

At this exciting point in our journey, as we embark on a new Corporate Plan which will be designed to raise the ambition and enhance the distinctiveness of our University through our people and our services, we are seeking a new member of our Talent, Learning and Development team. This role reports directly to the Head of Talent and Development and will influence the university’s ongoing journey in making a real impact on our staff and student experience through contributing to the delivery of strategic objectives and helping us to realise our ambitions.

About You

If you have previous experience of designing and delivering talent, learning and development initiatives, partnering with stakeholders, and creating and embedding innovative ideas then we would love to hear from you. You do not need to have university experience, we welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals who are able to influence and partner successfully with a range of stakeholders.
