The Talent Acquisition Team at Coventry University is a newly formed business function that’s aim is to support the group with identifying the best talent to enable us to continue to deliver a world class service to our students.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor with a background within in-house recruitment and a proven track record of delivering direct hire strategies, developing EVP’s and selection methods whilst offering an incredible customer experience. 

Person specification:

  • Experience/knowledge of producing MI in relation to sourcing
  • Experience of Equality Diversity and Inclusion best practice in relation to resourcing
  • An understanding of media supplier management
  • Experience of managing stakeholders both internal and external to the business
  • Experience of using various sourcing techniques including talent pooling
  • Understanding of an end to end recruitment process
  • Driven, proactive and solutions-focused individual, with a curiosity about new innovations
  • Understanding of a variety of assessment tools
  • A demonstratable understanding of the majority of recruitment disciplines, including employment legislation and new emerging recruitment trends.
