This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy College of Health & Life Sciences Student Support and Information team providing a crucial first point of contact to students, visitors and other contacts for enquiries, information, and support. 

You will coordinate student engagement and representation arrangements and assist in the management and monitoring of student data and information.  You will provide a range of support for the operation and organisation of our programmes working closely with other members of the administrative team along with academic and clinical staff. This includes leading on numerous activities, organising and servicing events and meetings, monitoring student attendance and supporting assessment administration.

You will have experience of administrative roles in large professional organisations and will have excellent customer service skills and a welcoming and professional approach. You will have a proven ability in managing sensitive and complex data and must be confident working independently but also a strong team player. You will be positive, proactive, and flexible whilst possessing excellent IT, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to multitask effectively.
