About the role
In this role you will provide proactive and compassionate support to our undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will contribute to the administration of the Student Support scheme, generating data on students to be presented for consideration at appropriate panels and case reviews. Working alongside the Student Support Manager and academic colleagues, you will support the Future Success programme and extra-curricular support programmes, helping to build a sense of community within the diverse staff-student population.
About you
You will have excellent customer service skills and experience of developing good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and an excellent understanding of what wellbeing is, how it is measured and how we can support students to improve it. You will possess good written and oral communication skills with the ability to give and receive information. Finally, you will have a good understanding of the importance of meeting customer needs and providing a consistent and high quality service.
