You will line manage a team of Recruitment and Conversion Coordinators, who will work with you to produce high quality events, whilst building strong relationships with and knowledge of the Faculty’s departments. You will be committed to creating a resilient team, maintaining a strong focus on the team’s wellbeing.

You should have an excellent understanding of the Higher Education recruitment and decision making process, the ability to consider strategic trade-offs and priorities, and the ability to effectively project manage and deliver against targets. The role is full time and involves some weekend work at peak times.
