Education and Student Support – Student Immigration Services
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
This full–time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.
Summary of the role
The Student Immigration Services Administrator sits within Student Immigration Services and is based primarily in the CAS team. The CAS team plays an essential role in ensuring that our international applicants are able to apply for their Student visas and that the University remains compliant with its duties as a Student Sponsor License holder while providing excellent customer service to our students. The post holder will be responsible for issuing CAS (electronic visa documentation) to international applicants and providing advice and support students and colleagues about this process. You will also assist with other annual tasks across the service.
About you
You should have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, administrative experience and IT literacy, ideally with experience of working with databases such as the SITS student records system. You will need to be able to deliver both a high level of accuracy and efficiency and a top quality customer service.
