37 hours per week, normally worked Monday to Friday. Flexible working will be considered.


Salary

Starting salary is normally in the range of £26,860 to £30,513 per annum

About the Role

In this role you will administer and support a number of scholarship and loan schemes, including international schemes, providing general advice and support for international students overseas and while they are at the University.  Cranfield University attracts high numbers of international students from over 100 countries every year and you will have extensive engagement with them and your colleagues across the university to promote a positive student experience.

About You

To be successful in post you will need to be hold a degree level qualification and / or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience. With experience of managing complex administrative systems, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to work pro-actively and on your own initiative to provide clear and accurate advice and guidance in a timely manner. Able to demonstrate awareness of the Student Loan Company and British council and your knowledge of information security of personal data you will have excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on service delivery allowing you to communicate information to service users in a clear and professional manner.
